Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Angel House Australia Equine Services, where your safety, satisfaction, and the well-being of our horses are our top priorities. Please read the following policies carefully before booking. Booking Policy All bookings for lessons, outrides, horse training, and pre-training services must be made in advance via phone, email, or our online booking system. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your booking request. To secure your session, payment or a deposit may be required depending on the service. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. We understand emergencies happen; please communicate with us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling. Waitlist Policy If your preferred session is fully booked, you may be placed on a waitlist. Waitlist clients will be notified immediately if a spot opens. Priority will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. Waiver & Safety All clients are required to sign a liability waiver and acceptance of farm rules with Bale-Twine Agistment Farm prior to their first lesson or session. This waiver covers participation in all equine activities and acknowledges inherent risks. For safety and focus, no "hangers on," friends, or family members are allowed to remain at the barn or riding arena during lessons or sessions unless previously cleared by Angel House Australia staff. Visitors and guests must respect privacy and the welfare of horses and riders. Additional Information Appropriate riding attire and safety gear (helmets, boots) are mandatory at all times. Peak booking times or special events may attract additional fees. Minimum age and experience requirements may apply depending on the activity. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time for preparation. Angel House Australia reserves the right to refuse or reschedule lessons or sessions in case of unsafe weather conditions or horse welfare concerns.
