Equine Assisted Psychotherapy

Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) is a powerful therapeutic approach that leverages the natural intuition and sensitivity of horses to facilitate emotional growth and healing.
Unlike traditional talk therapy, EAP involves interactive activities with horses, allowing participants to explore their feelings, behaviours, and thought patterns in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Key benefits include improved self-awareness, enhanced emotional regulation, and strengthened communication and problem-solving skills.
The presence of horses provides immediate, honest feedback, helping individuals build trust, confidence, and resilience. This unique form of therapy is highly effective for managing stress, trauma, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.
