I’m Melanie Mardon, the founder of Angel House Australia and a dedicated healer, guide, and facilitator of personal transformation. With over 28 years of experience as a psychic medium, energy healer, and mental health practitioner, I’ve devoted my life to helping others find clarity, balance, and peace on their journeys.

My work spans spiritual services, mental health support, and holistic healing. As a natural-born psychic medium, I offer intuitive guidance through channelled readings, divination, energy work, and crystal healing. My practice incorporates both ancient and modern techniques, including the Embodied IChing energy healing, which harmonises the body’s energy centres for a deeply grounded and balanced approach to healing.

Animals, particularly horses, play a central role in my mental health services. As a practitioner, I work with horses to provide equine-assisted psychotherapy, therapeutic and behaviour support, offering a unique and profoundly effective form of therapy. Horses are incredible healers, and through their gentle presence, clients experience emotional breakthroughs, self-awareness, and growth that would take much longer with the usual talk therapy approach.

I also offer workshops, training, and retreats, where participants can explore mindfulness, spiritual awareness, and practical tools for personal growth. Whether you’re here for an intuitive reading, healing session, therapeutic support, or a retreat in our peaceful countryside setting, my goal is to create a welcoming, empowering space where you can truly connect with yourself and the elements.

I am a certified Counsellor, Life Coach, CBT Practitioner, PTSD Counsellor, Equine Assisted Psychotherapist, Psychic/Medium, Energy Healing Practitioner and Author.
I am also an active member of various professional networks, including the Mental Health Professionals Network (MHPN), where I am co-coordinator of the MHPN network, Blacktown, with Prof Vlasios Brakoulisas, Executive Director Mental Health for the Western Sydney Local Health District, and the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and an executive member of the Australian Community Counselling Association (ACCA). My Story
My journey in Australia began eight years ago when I relocated with my youngest son after the tragic loss of my two eldest sons, who were murdered one year apart. Driven by tenacity, determination, and unwavering faith, I worked tirelessly to create a positive future for my family while honouring the memory of my boys.
​
Those who know me describe me as authentic, honest, warm, and kind — qualities that reflect my true nature and guide my work. My greatest gift is helping others transform their lives for the better, drawing from lived experience that has shaped me deeply.

While I hold various certifications and diplomas, I see these as milestones from a time I sought validation. Now, I know I am enough and that my purpose is to heal and empower through genuine connection and compassionate guidance.
