Each week includes powerful guided sessions, meditations, practical exercises, and homework that encourage deep reflection and healing. By Week 7, we’ll come together to celebrate successes and honour the transformation that has taken place, with two participants earning access to the advanced 9-week New ME Program to continue their journey. If you’ve tried quick fixes in the past that left you feeling unfulfilled, this program offers something different: real, lasting change. Here, you’ll heal past wounds, rebuild your self-worth, and discover actionable strategies to create the life you’ve always wanted. Why Focus on Root Causes?
