Our Approach

At Angel House Australia, we believe that mental health is a crucial part of overall well-being. That's why we offer a range of therapeutic, behaviour and early childhood supports and therapies to help individuals and families cope with mental health and other life challenges. Our approach is based on a holistic understanding of each person's unique needs and experiences.

Depending on the individual's needs, age and personal criteria, our approach is often unconventional, yet structured and comprehensive to attain the best outcomes, however not everyone is comfortable with a clinical setting and that is where we adjust and often conduct sessions in nature or in settings that are less formal and "outside the box".

We work collaboratively with our clients to develop personalized plans that address their specific concerns. Our team of highly trained professionals is committed to providing compassionate care in a welcoming and inclusive environment. We are dedicated to empowering individuals and families to live healthy, fulfilling lives. If you or a loved one could benefit from our services, please don't hesitate to contact us.

My approach

to mental health and behaviour supports

As a registered Specialist Behaviour Support practitioner with the NDIS and Equine Assisted Psychotherapist, I value evidence-based outcomes for those I am privileged to work with. We can learn much from horses, horse behaviours and other animals. They teach us about our natural fright, flight or fight responses, respect and help us build confidence, amongst other benefits.

In teaching young people and adults these incredible values and assisting them to enhance their overall well-being, I have spent the past 25 years of my life making a tremendous impact in the lives of the community in South Africa, Namibia and here in Australia. I love helping those in rural and remote areas and am a national registered provider in behaviour, therapeutic and early childhood supports.
