The Mindfulness Intensive Program is a transformative experience designed to cultivate inner peace, enhance self-awareness, and promote emotional resilience through a comprehensive introduction to mindfulness practices. In our increasingly fast-paced and often overwhelming world, the ability to centre oneself and maintain mental clarity is crucial for emotional well-being and personal growth.
What this program is about
This intensive program provides participants the tools and techniques necessary to integrate mindfulness into their daily lives. Over the course of the program, participants will engage in various practices, including meditation, breathing techniques, and mindfulness exercises that foster a deeper connection to the present moment. Our experienced facilitator, Melanie Mardon, will guide you through each session, ensuring that you develop a solid foundation in mindfulness that supports your journey towards greater emotional balance and mental clarity.
Mindfulness Intensive Program Schedule
Day 1: Introduction and Grounding

Group Session: Meet and greet, overview of the program, and setting intentions.
9:00 AM - 10:30 AM – Introductory Meditation
Group Session: Guided meditation focusing on grounding and presence.
